Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Distinctive Designs will do everything possible to provide a product of the highest quality. Should you be dissatisfied with your product upon receipt, please review the following information and contact us immediately (within 10 calendar days of receipt of the item) so that we can resolve the issue with either a refund or a replacement. We ask that you return the item with all original packaging material.
